There are almost limitless art supplies but the basic things you need are a canvas, paint tools and imagination. There are are many different types of paper you could use like watercolor, tracing, oils, pastels, sketch and drawing. (These are only a few). Each paper is textured for different types of writing. For example, watercolor paper is super thick to avoid the paint from bleeding through while tracing paper is incredibly thin and see-through to be able to see the thing you want to trace through it. The next thing you want to decide is what you wanna draw with. It could be as simple as a pencil or complex. Your choice. :)
